I have been in the recruitment industry for several years. I started as a recruiter with a headhunter in the pharmaceutical sector as a working student and have been with Akkodis (formerly Modis) Life Sciences since 2019.
I fill various positions in the pharma/biotech/chemical sector, interview candidates and prepare them for interviews. I go on a candidate journey with the candidates.

I work full-time at Akkodis Life Sciences and fill projects throughout Germany for renowned clients in the pharmaceutical, biotech and chemical industries.
From start-ups, family businesses and medium-sized companies to global big players, we have a wide variety of clients and requirements. We recruit candidates with different levels of qualifications and experience as project staff - or place them directly with our clients.

Here we work with well-known companies such as Boehringer Ingelheim, a wellknown company in Mainz, Pfizer and many more.
​
I am looking for scientific talents & professionals for project and career opportunities for vacancies in small and medium-sized companies as well as global corporations in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical devices/technology, diagnostics, chemical, food, cosmetics and healthcare sectors.
​
I serve positions from the entire life cycle of the pharmaceutical world - from development, transfer, galenics (formulation), quality management and project management.
Whereby project management is often not what many people expect...

Secondary occupation
​
As a balance, I am active in the fire brigade in Freiburg and extinguish fires at all times of the day and I am still involved in training myself. In my own department, in radio and breathing protection courses (SCBA), as well as in real fire training at the fire training facility (füba) in Eschbach. In the department, I have the rank of deputy department commander.
​
Before that, I was chairman of the student consultancy TriRhena Consulting e.V. for a long time.
​
As a non-profit organisation, the mission is to build links between students, universities and companies. TriRhena offers students in Freiburg the opportunity to apply their university knowledge in interdisciplinary project work and to acquire skills that they do not develop in lecture theatres. This not only gives students an insight into the business world - so TriRhena also offer companies the chance to get to know the latest trends in science as well as committed and qualified young talents.
​
That's why it's also a personal priority for me to work closely with btS e.V. - Die Life Sciences Studierendeninitiative, as many of the topics here fit between Akkodis and btS - and (not just for me) the voluntary work has given me a lot of experience and knowledge. Only later do you realise how the time has shaped you. According to the motto: "what you put in, you get out later..."
